I am so extremely disappointed. Initially, I was excited to find Flavor God and all of their creative products, but after a month of no responses to email, and no product, I had to file a claim to try and get a refund.
I wish I would have looked at customer service reviews before. What a joke!! I had a coupon code which took off $10 off of my order. When I placed the order, they added the $10 back in!! I couldn’t cancel the order at that point and no one will get back to me. What a fraudulent move!

Love everything about flavor god. All the seasons are amazing and wish I could buy them all at once.
I wanted to change my auto shipment items, but didn't get a warning that the auto ship was coming up. When I received the notice that it was scheduled, I contacted the company to see if I could switch out the items and they said I could. Great customer service!
They are all so delightful, and add an extra flare to any foods!!
Normally I'd be a 5 star all the way, but this last order I placed was slightly disappointing. I went through an email for a free coffee creamer when you spend more then $50. When my order arrived (very promptly), there was no creamer. I contacted the company and they told me the email link had expired. While I do understand that, there was no use by/expiry date anywhere to be seen. I am a repeat customer and have always been a huge fan, this has been my only less the excellent experience this far, and I will continue to be a customer. I'd just suggest adding a use by date on the emails in the future.
Delicious seasonings that go well on absolutely everything!! They shipped fast and taste great. I ordered a bundle with 6 flavors, but there's so many more I'm ready to try!
Shipping was fast. Got some for my daughter for her birthday. Some for me ,but I haven't tried them yet. So we will see.
Horrible. First time trying donut flavor. OMG It ruined my coffee. It has nutmeg in it & makes it taste horrible. I am foodie, have created my own food products & recipes. Not everybody knows what spices or flavours go together. It is so bad I decided to do review & would not be able to use it. I have to throw it away. I will not give it to someone if i think is bad. Unfortunately must waste food.????????
I really enjoyed all the spices I received with the exception of one lid was broken on the side.
